Netflix to release Matthew Perry documentary series

Netflix is set to release a new three-part documentary series titled ‘Matthew Perry: Over the Abyss’ on October 27. The series, directed by Emmy winner Mary Robertson, aims to portray the late actor as a real person rather than just the comedic character Chandler Bing from the sitcom ‘Friends’.

The documentary will explore Perry's life, including his immense success and his personal struggles. It is expected to feature insights from those who knew him best, including his sister, providing a look at aspects of his life that were previously unknown to the public.
