Netflix Unveils Trailer for José Mourinho Documentary

Netflix released the official trailer for its three‑part mini‑documentary series on football manager José Mourinho, scheduled to debut on 11 August 2026. The series, produced by Oscar‑winning filmmaker Joe Pearlman and backed by David Beckham, features in‑depth interviews with Mourinho and a roster of football legends including Sir Alex Ferguson, Iker Casillas, Zlatan Ibrahimović, Didier Drogba, Marcelo, Samuel Eto’o, Javier Zanetti, Frank Lampard and Petr Čech.

In Turkey, fans noted the absence of any footage from Mourinho’s brief spell at Fenerbahçe. Former club media officer Alper Yemeniciler explained that the segment was omitted because the period did not produce a notable success story, and the documentary focuses on Mourinho’s most celebrated achievements.
