Netflix's animated film 'Swapped' breaks viewership record

Netflix's fantasy animation 'Swapped' has become one of the platform's most‑watched titles. In just three months it amassed 13.6 billion minutes streamed – about 143.2 million views and 243.5 million hours – moving it to ninth place on Netflix’s all‑time most‑watched films list, overtaking releases such as *War Machine*. The film also ranked eighth on the global weekly top‑10 list with 3.4 million views during the week of 20‑26 July. Critics gave the movie a 68 % rating on Rotten Tomatoes, while audiences rated it 87 %.

The voice cast includes Michael B. Jordan, Juno Temple, Tracy Morgan, Cedric the Entertainer and Justina Machado. It is directed by Nathan Greno and written by John Whittington, Christian Magalhães and Robert Snow.
