Netherlands parishes host weekly services and August Marian feast

The Parochie Wonderbare Moeder, covering the churches of St. Lambertus in Drunen, St. Jan Evangelist in Elshout, the Mariakapel in Elshout and the silence centre in Heusden, published its schedule of daily openings and liturgical celebrations from 1 to 7 August, including Eucharist masses, rosary prayers and a novena.

In the neighbouring parish of Renkum, the pilgrimage church dedicated to Our Lady of the Assumption will hold a special evening celebration on 14 August. Bishop Woorts will be the principal celebrant, assisted by Pastor Pauw and Father Frans Bomers. After the Eucharist, a candle‑lit procession will move past the 14‑year‑old Mariapark, followed by a communal coffee reception on the church square.
