Netherlands vaccine injury lawsuit targets Bill Gates and Albert Bourla

Defense attorneys countered these claims by asserting that the vaccines were safe, effective, and saved millions of lives. They characterized the plaintiffs' allegations as conspiracy theories and challenged the qualifications of the plaintiffs' expert witnesses. The court has limited the plaintiffs' four expert witnesses to providing video statements rather than in-person testimony.
A ruling is anticipated as early as December, though proceedings could potentially extend until February 2027.
