Netmarble updates THE KING OF FIGHTERS AFK for 1st anniversary

Netmarble has released a new update for its AFK RPG, THE KING OF FIGHTERS AFK, as part of its ongoing first anniversary celebration. The update introduces a new version of Iori Yagami featuring his KOF XIII style, which includes [Rush] Synergy. To mark the occasion, the character's summon rate has been doubled from September 3 to September 16.

Additional content includes a Terry Bogard Rerun Arrival Event and a new Keepsake for the character featuring [Deathblow] Synergy. Netmarble is also conducting a first anniversary survey through September 16; players who complete the in-game survey will receive 1 million Rubies.

Other active or upcoming events include the Fighters Festa, the Happy Picnic event starting September 10, the Lucky Elpy Event, and a new mini-game titled Shaky Shaky Cake.
