Netto is selling the Zendure SolarFlow 800 Plus battery for €359, about 40 % below the manufacturer’s recommended retail price of €599. The unit stores 1.92 kWh of energy (expandable to 11.52 kWh), delivers up to 800 W of AC power, meets German grid standards, and features IP65 protection, app‑based remote monitoring and fast response times. It is marketed as a way to increase the economic return of balcony‑mounted solar panels (Balkonkraftwerke) by storing daytime generation for evening use.

German consumers are increasingly installing small rooftop or balcony solar systems. Prices for complete plug‑and‑play kits have fallen to the low three‑digit‑euro range, and a typical 800‑W system can generate between 500 kWh and 800 kWh per year depending on orientation, shading and location.
