Nettuno administration criticized over sea access management

The Comitato dei Mille and Dialogo have issued a formal complaint against the municipality of Nettuno regarding the management of sea access. The group alleges that despite previous rulings from the TAR (Regional Administrative Court), the local administration has failed to provide clear answers concerning legality, security, and collective rights to the beach.

Legal expert Simone Massari noted that the administration's silence on the matter constitutes an implicit decision with concrete legal consequences, potentially harming public interest and legal certainty. The committee has repeatedly called for clarity on the management of maritime state property, citing various navigation and civil codes, but claims the municipality remains unresponsive.
