Nettuno hosts Italian Parachuting Championships 2026

From 7 to 12 July 2026 the town of Nettuno in Lazio will stage the Italian Absolute Parachuting Championships. Organized by Aeroclub Real Lazio, Crazy Fly and SS Lazio Paracadutismo with the patronage of the Comune di Nettuno, the competition will take place on the ARMA airfield and include hundreds of style and precision jumps by Italy’s top athletes.

The event will feature a fight for the title currently held by the Carabinieri team, with participation from the National School, the Army and the Lazio team. A ceremony opening the championships is scheduled for 18:00 on 7 July at the Marina di Nettuno. Nettuno is also being considered as a possible venue for the 2030 World Parachuting Championships should Rome's bid be successful.

The week will conclude with the 2nd International Open Style competition “Adriano Marchetto” and the 3rd International Open Precision competition “Chicco Di Magno” on 20 July on the city’s waterfront, adding further prestige to the local sports programme.
