Network One Distribution launches NOD Cloud via Be-Cloud Group partnership

Network One Distribution (NOD), an IT distributor controlled by entrepreneur Iulian Stanciu, has launched a new business line called NOD Cloud. This initiative is the result of a strategic partnership with Be-Cloud Group, a European leader in Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions.

The new venture aims to combine NOD’s local market experience and its network of over 3,400 partners with Be-Cloud Group’s pan-European infrastructure and Microsoft expertise. The partnership focuses on accelerating growth in cloud solutions, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.

NOD reported a turnover of approximately 3.03 billion lei in 2025, representing a 14% increase from the previous year, although net profit decreased to roughly 42.6 million lei from over 82 million lei in 2024. Andrei Militaru, CEO of NOD, stated that the company has been moving beyond traditional distribution models to invest in specialized, high-growth sectors.
