Neue Bockbrauerei project in Berlin enters final construction phase

The Neue Bockbrauerei development project in Berlin-Kreuzberg is entering its final construction phase. Located in the Bergmannkiez district, the project aims to transform the former brewery site into a modern urban quarter that integrates historical building elements with contemporary living and commercial spaces.

According to the developer, Bauwert AG, the project is expected to be completed within 2026. Construction progress is visible along Fidicinstraße, where historicizing facades designed to match the classic Gründerzeit architecture of the neighborhood are being finalized. The development has successfully closed the previously open block perimeter.
