Neuquén launches employment network to support industrial park growth

The Municipality of Neuquén has launched the ‘Red de Empleo Capital’, an updated digital platform designed to connect job seekers with companies. The tool currently hosts 20,000 resumes from residents of Neuquén and surrounding provinces.

The platform aims to support the expansion of the new Capital Industrial Park, where approximately 547 companies are already registered to develop projects. Officials estimate the industrial park will eventually require around 20,000 workers.

In addition to job listings, the portal includes a registry for skilled tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, and provides access to municipal training workshops. The initiative seeks to provide training to workers before they are needed by the expanding industrial sector.
