Neuquén launches musical professionalization program

The Neuquén Secretariat of Culture has launched ‘Neuquén Vibra’, a program designed to support and professionalize musical artists throughout the province. The initiative aims to provide musicians and groups with tools to strengthen their cultural projects through a three-stage process: local presentations, a regional phase across six regions, and a grand final scheduled for November 28 in Zapala.

As part of the program, 60 finalists will receive a week of training in essential professional skills, including budget management, dossier preparation, photography, and studio recording. The call for entries is open to soloists and groups aged 18 to 40, covering genres such as traditional, urban, popular/tropical, alternative, and song. Selected artists may also receive equipment and opportunities to perform at major provincial events, including the Fiesta Nacional de la Confluencia.
