Neuquén municipality conducts cleaning operation near CPEM 12

The Municipality of Neuquén has conducted a cleaning and reorganization operation at a public space adjacent to CPEM 12. The area, located near Leloir Street, had previously been abandoned and was being used for illegal activities and unauthorized occupation.

Cristian Haspert, the Undersecretary of Urban Cleaning, stated that the intervention involved municipal employees and police to address the occupation of public spaces. The goal of the operation is to reclaim the area for the community and potentially develop future works to consolidate the site's use. Haspert also noted that the city is increasing investments in urban innovation, drainage cleaning, and the eradication of micro-dumps.
