Neuquén police detain two suspects for credit card fraud

Police officers from the 21st Precinct have detained two individuals in the Melipal neighborhood following an investigation into credit card fraud. The suspects are accused of using bank cards that were stolen from inside a vehicle.

The investigation progressed after authorities analyzed security camera footage from a local business, which allowed them to identify the suspects. Following the identification, a patrol operation led to the location and detention of both individuals. They have been transferred to a police station and are at the disposal of the competent authorities, with the Economic Crimes unit involved in the ongoing investigation.
