Neuquén to host sushi week featuring regional flavors

Neuquén will host a sushi week from September 28 to October 4, featuring various local bars, confectioneries, and restaurants. The initiative is part of the “Confluencia de Sabores” thematic weeks, promoted by the Subsecretaría de Turismo of the Municipality of Neuquén as part of a program to develop and diversify tourism products.

Ten local establishments are participating, including Atu Sushi, Sr. Gohan, Sawara, Miyuki, Hilton Garden Inn Sushi, Top Shirogami, Riko Sushi, Sushi Bike, and Sushisur. The event aims to combine oriental techniques and flavors with regional products, offering traditional, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Participating venues will provide special menus, such as 20-piece sets with discounts, promotional prices, or pairing experiences.
