Formosa and Paraguay advance road infrastructure and worker recognition

In Formosa, Argentina, Governor Gildo Insfrán led a ceremony to commemorate Road Day and Road Worker Day at the Provincial Road Directorate headquarters. The event included the delivery of essential equipment to various districts as part of a government investment to strengthen the provincial road agency. During the ceremony, officials presented medals to workers celebrating 40 and 45 years of service and honored deceased road workers.

In Paraguay, the Ministry of Public Works and Communications is executing strategic paving projects to expand the national road network. Currently, approximately 14% of the country's 78,800-kilometer network is paved. Ongoing projects include the third section of the Bioceanic Corridor and various routes such as Route 12 and Route 22. These improvements are supported by international financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF).
