Neura Robotics secures up to $1.4 billion Series C funding round

German robotics startup Neura Robotics announced a Series C financing of up to $1.4 billion, one of the largest capital injections into a European AI‑robotics company. The round was led by a consortium that includes Amazon, Nvidia, Qualcomm, Tether, Bosch, Schaeffler, the European Investment Bank and other technology and industrial investors.

The funding will be used to accelerate Neura’s Physical AI platform, expand the open‑source Neuraverse ecosystem, build large‑scale training facilities called “NEURA Gyms”, and scale serial production of cognitive and humanoid robots to several million units by 2030. The company reports an order backlog exceeding $1 billion and aims to become a global challenger in the robotics race against U.S. and Chinese firms.

Founder and CEO David Reger said, “The future of AI will not only live on screens; it will move, interact, learn and work beside us in the real world.” The round positions Europe’s robotics sector for strategic growth and highlights increasing investor confidence in Physical AI technologies.
