NEURA Robotics to acquire Bosch Rexroth’s ACTIVE Shuttle

NEURA Robotics has announced the acquisition of the ACTIVE Shuttle automated guided vehicle (AGV) system from Bosch Rexroth, effective October 1, 2026. The platform, designed for automated material transport in production and logistics, will be managed by NEURA Mobile Robots GmbH.

Under the agreement, NEURA will take over the existing hardware, software, and customer service. This move is intended to provide continuity and investment security for current users, as existing software components like the ACTIVE Fleet Manager and ROKIT navigation software will be maintained.

Strategically, the ACTIVE Shuttle will be integrated into the NEURA Group’s ‘Physical AI’ ecosystem. The goal is to create a unified infrastructure that connects mobile platforms, industrial robots, and humanoid robots, allowing different robotic forms to share navigation, learning, and perception capabilities. Future developments aim to expand the system with additional AI functionalities and interfaces within the Neuraverse.
