Neuro-Jonglage cognitive training program rolls out in German cities in 2026

From August 2026, a series of "Neuro-Jonglage" workshops will be offered in several German cities, including Munich, Leipzig, Berlin and Hannover. The courses, led by Stephan Ehlers – described as Germany's most successful juggling trainer and a four‑time world record holder – teach participants to juggle three balls while learning about the brain effects of the activity. Attendees receive an e‑book, instructional materials and a certificate, and the sessions are priced at €29.

The initiative is promoted as a low‑cost, movement‑based cognitive training method aimed at improving neuroplasticity, especially for older adults and care‑facility residents. Organisers highlight research linking coordinated physical tasks with enhanced attention, working memory and mood, and note that the programme will be evaluated for measurable outcomes and data‑privacy compliance. The rollout reflects a broader trend in Germany toward integrating physical exercise with brain‑training tools as part of preventive health strategies.
