Neurological symptoms like tingling and numbness require medical attention

Medical experts are highlighting the importance of recognizing neurological symptoms such as tingling, numbness, and cramps. Neuropathy, characterized by nerve inflammation or degeneration, can manifest as tingling in the hands and feet, burning sensations, or physical clumsiness while walking.

Tingling in the face is also a significant clinical indicator. While it can be caused by less severe issues like migraines, anxiety, dental surgery, or temporomandibular joint dysfunction, it may also signal serious conditions. For instance, Bell's palsy involves the facial nerve and can cause an inability to close an eye, while a stroke (ACV) may present as unilateral tingling accompanied by facial asymmetry, difficulty speaking, or drooping.

Medical professionals advise seeking immediate consultation when these sensations occur, particularly if they are accompanied by headaches, dizziness, or loss of motor control, to identify the underlying cause and prevent progressive neurological damage.
