Neurosurgeon Paulo Porto de Melo launches 'Hiperfoco Natural' book on attention
Brazilian neurologist and neuro‑surgeon Paulo Porto de Melo has released a new book, Hiperfoco Natural, published by Letramais. The work translates neuroscience concepts into practical strategies for improving attention and productivity without medication, centering on a 21‑day protocol that addresses sleep, exercise, nutrition, digital environment and dopamine regulation.
Porto de Melo, who has performed over 10,000 surgeries, holds a Harvard postgraduate degree and works in robotic neuro‑surgery, draws on two decades of clinical and research experience. The book will be promoted with an autograph session on 21 August at the Livraria da Vila in the JK Iguatemi shopping centre in São Paulo. He also shares related content with his 1.4 million Instagram followers and 310 thousand YouTube subscribers.
