neuwerk rebrands from Original Equipment Solutions

The business unit formerly known as Original Equipment Solutions (OESL) has rebranded as neuwerk. This change follows the acquisition of Continental by Regent in February 2026 and marks the unit's transition into an independent, globally operating organization.

CEO Dirk Leiβ stated that the new name reflects both the company's heritage and its future. neuwerk is an engineering and production company with operations in 17 countries, leveraging decades of automotive industry experience and technical expertise to provide industrial solutions.
