Nevada gaming revenue remains flat in September
Nevada gaming revenue for September 2026 was approximately $1.28 billion, representing a marginal decrease of 0.05 percent compared to the same month in the previous year. Data from the Nevada Gaming Control Board indicates that growth on the Las Vegas Strip helped offset declines in other regions.
The Las Vegas Strip recorded $693.5 million in revenue, an increase of 0.82 percent, driven largely by a rise in slot machine earnings. However, other markets saw significant decreases: downtown Las Vegas revenue fell 7.45 percent, while Laughlin experienced a 16.8 percent drop.
Statewide, total gaming revenue for the July to September period rose 1.67 percent to approximately $3.93 billion. While slot revenue increased by 1.3 percent, table game revenues declined by 3.6 percent.
