Nevşehir agricultural production plans updated for 2027

The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has announced the plant production planning for the 2027 production year in Nevşehir. The updated crop patterns cover several districts, including Acıgöl, Avanos, Derinkuyu, Gülşehir, Hacıbektaş, Kozaklı, Merkez, and Ürgüp.

While most districts maintained their existing crop lists, a change was implemented in Avanos. Oilseed sunflower has been added to the list of planned basin products for Avanos, joining existing crops such as barley, safflower, wheat, dry beans, chickpeas, potatoes, and forage crops.
