Nevşehir signs protocol for new industrial land project
A protocol has been signed to facilitate the Nevşehir New Industrial Project, aimed at providing modern and secure workplaces for local tradespeople. The agreement involves the transfer of industrial lands currently owned by the Nevşehir Municipality and the Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ) to the Urban Transformation Presidency.
Following this transfer, the lands are planned to be handed over to an industrial cooperative for the construction of new business premises. The protocol was signed by Nevşehir Mayor Rasim Arı and the President of Urban Transformation, Hakkı Alp. Local officials, including Mehmet Pınarbaşı, President of the Nevşehir Union of Chambers of Tradesmen and Craftsmen, noted that this step addresses long-standing demands for improved industrial infrastructure and marks a critical milestone for the region's economic development.
