New administrative appointments made in Argentina and Costa Rica

In Argentina, bioengineer Tulio Pérez has been appointed as the new director of the Centro Regional de Referencia (CRR) Dr. Ramón Carrillo in Paraná. The appointment was formalized via Decree Nº 2618/26 by the Ministry of Health of Entre Ríos. Health Secretary Daniel Valentinuz emphasized that the move aims to strengthen health institutions and support community care teams.

In Costa Rica, the Board of Directors of the Consejo de Transporte Público (CTP) has named architect José Fabio Ureña Gómez as the interim Executive Director. Ureña, an expert in territorial planning and urban development with experience at the Ministry of Housing and Human Settlements (MIVAH), will hold the position while a public competition is conducted to select a permanent director as required by Law No. 7969.
