New AI services launched for secure local LLM deployment and automated technical due diligence

Several Japanese technology firms have launched new AI-driven services aimed at enterprise security and investment efficiency.

Digirise Inc. has introduced ‘Toride AI’, a service designed to help companies build local Large Language Models (LLMs) within their own secure environments. This service addresses data leakage concerns that have prevented many Japanese firms, particularly in regulated sectors like finance and healthcare, from adopting generative AI. The service provides end-to-end support, including model selection, hardware procurement, and employee training.

Simultaneously, LINEdot. has commercially released ‘WARP DD’ in both Japan and the United States. This AI-SaaS platform automates technical due diligence for investors and M&A teams. By utilizing a proprietary three-layer AI analysis engine, the platform can analyze global papers, patents, and open-source data to generate technical evaluation reports in approximately 30 seconds, a process that traditionally takes weeks or months.
