New Albums by Ad'Line and Gustavo Cortiñas Announced

French pop‑rock singer Ad'Line released her self‑titled album on vinyl in May 2025. The record follows two EPs, mixes in an English‑style production by Doug Cook, and blends folk, pop and rock with themes of societal equality and optimism.

Jazz drummer Gustavo Cortiñas issued the album *The Drum Also Sings*, a percussion‑focused project that pays tribute to Max Roach and includes collaborations with drummers Dave King and Isaiah Spencer, as well as spoken‑word contributions from poets across Latin America. The release features minimal instrumentation, with occasional clarinet passages and a three‑part piece titled “Dialogue with the Ancestors.”
