New Anthoney’s Farms recognized as global sustainability leader

New Anthoney’s Farms, a Sri Lankan poultry producer, has been recognized as a global sustainability leader at the Soy Connext 2026 summit in Chicago. Organized by the U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC), the event saw a record attendance of over 800 delegates.

The company received recognition for its use of the ‘Sustainable U.S. Soy’ and ‘Fed with Sustainable U.S. Soy’ labels. In 2023, New Anthoney’s Farms became the first company in South Asia to secure the Sustainable U.S. Soy license under the U.S. Soy Sustainability Assurance Protocol. This commitment supports the company’s antibiotic-free poultry production model and its feed milling business, Anthoney’s Feeds.

In addition to this industry recognition, the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group, announced a planned investment of up to USD 10 million in the New Anthoney’s Farms Group to expand production capacity and strengthen supply chain efficiency.
