New artisanal pizzerias open in Barcelona's Eixample

New artisanal pizzeria concepts are expanding within Barcelona’s Eixample district.

Pizzabar, a project originating in Empordà in the summer of 2024, has opened a location on Carrer París. The establishment offers thin, crispy pizzas alongside tapas and local wines, featuring an industrial-style interior with sophisticated decor.

Garden Pizza, ranked as the 25th best artisanal pizza chain globally by 50 Top Pizza, has opened a flagship location on Consell de Cent. The restaurant, which originated in Sant Cugat del Vallès, features a hydroponic garden and utilizes organic Petra flour for its artisanal dough.
