New Balance releases hybrid 993/9060 sneaker and refreshes 2010 model in gray and blue

New Balance previewed a new hybrid sneaker that merges the chunky 9060 silhouette with design cues from the classic 993. The model keeps the oversized sole and split‑up midsole of the 9060, while the upper incorporates layered leather panels, open mesh and a suede mudguard, presented in a light‑grey and lavender colourway. Release details have not been announced.

The brand also expanded its 2010 line with the Harbor Grey/Fairweather Blue version. This shoe features a soft, atmospheric gray upper built from suede, synthetic overlays and open mesh, highlighted by pastel blue accents in the visible ABZORB cushioning pods around the heel and midfoot. Additional details include cream‑coloured rope‑style laces and a layered “N” logo, aimed at versatile styling for casual and technical outfits.
