New camera accessories released by THANKO and Elecom

Several new camera-related gadgets have been introduced to enhance photography and provide a nostalgic experience.

THANKO has released a small, lightweight selfie monitor designed specifically for iPhone users. The device attaches to the back of an iPhone via magnets and connects through a USB-C cable to mirror the screen in real-time. This allows users to utilize the high-quality rear cameras for selfies while monitoring their composition and expression. The monitor is powered directly by the iPhone, eliminating the need for separate charging, and is compatible with iPhone 15 models and later.

Elecom has launched the CMR-DTC01, a compact toy camera designed for a nostalgic aesthetic. The device features a rotating lens that can be flipped toward the user to facilitate selfies using its built-in LCD screen. It offers adjustable image quality ranging from 3 to 12 megapixels and includes six color filters to create various visual styles. The camera supports Full HD video recording and can transfer data directly to smartphones via a USB Type-C connection.
