New commercial developments planned for Belvedere and Araras in Brazil

In the Belvedere region, the Pátio Belvedere IV is scheduled for inauguration in late October. This project, a partnership between Pentagna Incorporadora and URB3, represents a total investment of R$ 100 million. The development covers more than 5,400 square meters and features a mix of fashion, decoration, furniture, and health services. According to Pentagna Incorporadora CEO Gabriel Pentagna, 100% of the retail spaces have already been leased.

Additionally, Pentagna Incorporadora is investing approximately R$ 800,000 alongside local merchants to revitalize the Praça das Crianças, which includes landscaping and playground improvements.

In Araras, São Paulo, the Pátio Araras project is being prepared as an open-concept mall. The development aims to stimulate the local economy by integrating commerce, services, and gastronomy. The project is expected to generate jobs and income during both its construction and operational phases, while attracting new business investments to the municipality.
