New compact EDC multitools launched by Ysmart London and Harnds

New everyday-carry (EDC) tools have been introduced to provide compact, multi-functional solutions for daily tasks and emergencies.

Ysmart London has launched the Toolt on Kickstarter, a module roughly the size of a car key fob that incorporates 36 different tools. Available in titanium and aluminum, the device features three sliding functional plates. One plate includes hex wrenches, bit drivers, a saw, and a bottle opener, while a second plate provides a can opener, pry bar, and cord cutter. It also includes a replaceable blade and unconventional items like a shopping cart key.

Harnds has developed the Sidekick, a folding knife designed to reduce pocket clutter. The tool combines a blade with a bottle opener, rope cutter, window breaker, and cash clip. The design focuses on balancing blade quality with utility, featuring a hidden hook for cutting paracord or seatbelts and a hardened tip for emergency window breaking.
