New culinary developments in Lisbon and Montemor-o-Novo

The restaurant Erva, located in Corinthia Lisboa, has launched a new autumn menu designed by chef João Moreira. The menu focuses on seasonal Portuguese ingredients such as pumpkin, chestnut, mushrooms, and quince, utilizing traditional methods like wood-fired ovens to create contemporary interpretations of classic flavors.

In Montemor-o-Novo, the restaurant Híbrido is reopening on October 26 in a historic building associated with the Destilaria Montemorense. Led by chef João Narigueta and sommelier Miguel Dominguinhos, the intimate venue offers 18 seats and features two tasting menus: the nine-course ‘Híbrido’ menu and the five-course ‘História’ menu, which focuses on recovering ancestral Portuguese recipes and local products.
