New culinary expansions launched in Aversa and Milan
New dining and retail concepts have launched in Italy, focusing on specialized ingredients and themed atmospheres.
In Aversa, I Love Tartare has opened its second location on Via Salvo D’Acquisto. Following its initial success in Marano di Napoli, the new venue aims to elevate tartare through an innovative format that combines international culinary influences with a 1960s 'Dolce Vita' aesthetic. The establishment features era-inspired design and music, offering a menu that spans from aperitifs to late-night dining.
In Milan, Savini Tartufi has inaugurated Pasta & Tartufo at Eataly Milano Smeraldo in Piazza XXV Aprile. The Tuscan-based family business, which has specialized in truffles since 1920, is introducing a multi-functional space that combines express dining, handmade fresh pasta, and a retail shop. The menu features truffle-centric dishes such as fresh truffle tagliolini and stuffed pasta, alongside traditional Italian options like carbonara and ragù. The location allows customers to dine in, order take-away, or purchase specialty ingredients like truffle-infused salumi and pecorino for home use.
