La Predilecta opens traditional soda fountain in Ñuñoa

La Predilecta, a new soda fountain aiming to revive traditional Chilean flavors, is opening in Ñuñoa at Los Tres Antonios 397. The establishment will operate out of a historic mansion designed in the 1930s by architect Luciano Kulczewski.

The menu features classic Chilean items such as completos, churrascos, lomitos, Barros Luco, and sopaipillas. The venue intends to serve as a multi-generational community hub, offering breakfast, lunch, and traditional afternoon snacks daily from 09:00 to 23:00.

As part of its community outreach, La Predilecta will host a special initiative during October and November. Every Monday between 13:00 and 16:00, residents of Ñuñoa aged 75 and older will be invited to enjoy a complimentary lunch from a menu specifically prepared for them.
