On 4 July 2026, the KOMOREVILLAGO resort in Hikone, Shiga, launched a 300 m² day‑trip BBQ area with grass lawns, private tents, and a beer garden featuring local craft brews such as “Hikonnyan Él”. The venue offers two plans – a full‑service BBQ set with Omi‑beef and rental equipment, and a self‑service option where guests bring their own supplies.

From 8 June to 31 October 2026, the Botanical Pool Club in Chiba’s Bōsō Peninsula introduced a lunchtime “Lunch BBQ” package on its seaside dining terrace. The offer includes a selection of grilled meats, seafood, a bouillabaisse, and a complimentary can of the club’s own “KAIGAN BREWERY” craft lager. The venue also pairs the BBQ with its infinity pool, sauna facilities, and sunset views, all without requiring an overnight stay.
