New Democracy announces regional visits ahead of 90th Thessaloniki International Fair

The New Democracy party has announced an extensive schedule of visits and events across Northern Greece in preparation for the 90th Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF). From August 31 to September 4, government ministers, deputy ministers, and party officials will visit the 17 electoral districts within the regions of Western Macedonia, Central Macedonia, Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, and Thrace.

The 90th Thessaloniki International Fair is set to commence on Saturday, September 5, with a keynote speech by Prime Minister and New Democracy President Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

In Thessaloniki, the party and its youth wing, ONNED, will host various events. These include a discussion on urban mobility featuring the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Christos Dimas, and the Minister of Citizen Protection, Michalis Chrysochoidis, on September 2. Additionally, on September 3, an event focused on disability rights will be held, featuring Minister of State Akis Skertso and other high-ranking officials.

Regional visits include scheduled appearances by several ministers, such as Adonis Georgiadis, Nikos Dendias, and Michalis Chrysochoidis, across provinces including Drama, Evros, Kavala, Xanthi, and Rodopi.
