New Democracy leads Greek political polling amid cost of living concerns

A new poll conducted by Interview for the newspaper Political shows New Democracy maintaining its lead in Greek political intentions with 26.3% of the vote. ELAS follows in second place with 13.7%, while PASOK holds 11.9%. In terms of projected election results, New Democracy is estimated at 29.1%, ELAS at 15.5%, and PASOK at 13.2%.

Cost of living remains the primary source of dissatisfaction among citizens. Among undecided voters or those choosing other parties, 27% cited high prices as a major issue. Other significant concerns include the OPKEKEPE case (20%) and the management of the Tempi tragedy (19%).

When asked which three problems a future government should prioritize in its first two years, citizens identified tackling the cost of living (23%), combating corruption (12%), and increasing wages and pensions or improving the administration of justice (11%) as the top priorities.
