New Democracy leads Greek polls following Thessaloniki International Fair

Multiple recent opinion polls conducted following the Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF) indicate that New Democracy (ND) maintains a significant lead in Greek political preferences. In terms of estimated vote share, ND is recorded at approximately 31%, followed by the Greek Leftmost Coalition (ELAS) at 15.9% and PASOK at 12.1%.

While ND holds a substantial advantage, polls highlight a high level of voter indecision, with undecided voters accounting for roughly 16.9% of the electorate. Public sentiment regarding the policy announcements made at the TIF remains mixed; many citizens expressed skepticism regarding the ability of political leaders to address economic issues such as inflation and the cost of living.

Other notable findings include the potential emergence of a new political movement led by former Prime Minister Antonis Samaras, which some polls suggest could capture double-digit support. Additionally, concerns regarding relations with Turkey remain a prominent issue for a majority of respondents.
