New Democracy maintains lead in latest Greek political polls

Recent political polling in Greece, conducted by firms including ALCO and Palmos Analysis following the Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF), shows New Democracy maintaining a significant lead in voter intention. Depending on the specific poll, New Democracy is estimated between 24.3% and 30.1%, followed by the Greek Left Solidarity (ELAS) at approximately 13% to 15.2%, and PASOK at 10.2% to 12.8%.

Public sentiment regarding the current administration is mixed. While Kyriakos Mitsotakis remains the most trusted leader among the main contenders, a significant portion of the electorate expresses dissatisfaction. Approximately 67% of respondents in the ALCO poll indicated a desire for a change in government, and only 25% support a third term for Mitsotakis.

Furthermore, the polls highlight economic concerns, specifically regarding the cost of living. Many citizens reported that recent government measures to reduce prices on consumer products have not yielded significant benefits, with a large majority stating they have seen little to no change in their household expenses.
