New digital television channels launch in Brazil

Two new digital television projects have launched in Brazil, expanding media access through different formats.

In Caraguatatuba, the Municipal Chamber has launched TV Câmara on digital channel 8.3. The station provides live broadcasts of legislative sessions, public hearings, and news bulletins. The programming includes educational content, interviews, and segments focused on local culture, health, and sports, aimed at increasing institutional transparency and public access to municipal government activities.

In São Paulo, presenter Rodrigo Bocardi has debuted BocaTV, a digital channel featuring 12 hours of daily live broadcasts. Operating from the Faria Lima region, the channel will be distributed for free via YouTube and FAST (Free Ad-supported Streaming TV) platforms. The programming includes news, wellness, and service-oriented segments such as BocaNews and Meia Boca.
