New dining establishments open in Rabat and Marrakech

New culinary venues have opened in Morocco, focusing on Spanish and Moroccan traditions. In Rabat, Solé by Casa Jose has launched at the STORY Le Carrousel hotel on the corniche. Led by Executive Chef Andrés Miguel Camacho, the restaurant offers contemporary Spanish cuisine with an emphasis on Iberian traditions and shared plates, set against views of the Atlantic Ocean.

In Marrakech, the Four Seasons Resort has opened Inara Restaurant & Lounge. Designed to evoke the spirit of traditional Moroccan riads, the venue features a central fountain and garden terraces. Executive Chef Jean-Denis Rieubland, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, has developed a menu that blends Moroccan heritage with contemporary influences. The menu includes regional classics such as Tangia Marrakchia, various tajines, and Oualidia blue lobster, alongside traditional music and hospitality.
