New England Patriots injury report ahead of Bears matchup

The New England Patriots received an encouraging update regarding cornerback Carlton Davis III, who returned to practice as a limited participant on Tuesday. Davis has missed several games due to a neck injury, and his availability will be significant for the team's secondary ahead of Thursday night's game against the Chicago Bears.

However, the Patriots' offensive line remains heavily impacted. Guards Alijah Vera-Tucker and Ben Brown did not participate in practice due to hamstring and knee injuries, respectively. Head coach Mike Vrabel indicated that both players likely will not return for the upcoming matchup. Additionally, defensive tackle Joshua Farmer was listed as a non-participant for personal reasons.

On the Chicago Bears side, several players were sidelined during Tuesday's session, including running back Kyle Monangai (thumb and toe), linebacker T. J. Edwards (hamstring), and linebacker Jack Sanborn (concussion).
