New England Patriots see rookie Eli Raridon emerge while WR Kyle Williams slips on depth chart

Third‑round rookie tight end Eli Raridon is receiving regular reps in New England Patriots training camp after veteran Julian Hill suffered a season‑ending injury. The 6‑foot‑6 former Notre Dame player caught a touchdown pass from quarterback Drake Maye and is positioned behind Hunter Henry on the depth chart, suggesting he could contribute immediately in the 2026 season.

Wide receiver Kyle Williams, also a third‑round pick, has fallen to the seventh spot on the Patriots' depth chart entering his second year. He saw limited practice reps and was not among the six receivers working with Maye during the latest walkthrough. After modest production as a rookie, his opportunities appear constrained by a deep receiving group that includes A.J. Brown, Romeo Doubs and Mack Hollins.
