New fitness and pilates studios open in Czech Republic

New fitness and wellness studios have opened in the Czech Republic, driven by local entrepreneurs specializing in niche movement practices.

In České Budějovice, Iveta Šatná has opened NEBESKY, a studio located on Přemysl Otakar II Square. After discovering a passion for Power Plate vibration training in Olomouc, Šatná transitioned from a client to a trainer before launching her own business. The studio combines fitness training with a cafe concept.

In Zlín, Kateřina Čajánková and her daughter Tereza have launched Soul Pilates Reformer Studio. Čajánková, who has over 20 years of experience in yoga through her studio Satyam, decided to expand into Pilates to focus more on physical stability and strength. The new studio utilizes reformer machines to meet the growing local demand for Pilates.
