New food businesses expand in Sibiu and Satu Mare

New culinary ventures are expanding in Romanian cities. In Sibiu, Rollmania has opened on Bulevardul Victoriei, offering a delivery and pickup-only menu focused on Asian cuisine. The menu includes various sushi options such as Philadelphia and California rolls, a premium Dragon Roll section featuring ingredients like masago and tamago, tempura-style sushi, and sushi burgers made with shrimp, chicken, salmon, or tuna.

In Satu Mare, the traditional food shop Stâna Sibianului – Jina has seen growing popularity after eighteen months of operation. Located on I. C. Brătianu Street, the shop provides weekly fresh supplies of traditional products, including cheeses like telemea and brânză de burduf, as well as meat specialties such as sheep sausages and ham. The business also offers shipping services to customers living abroad.
