This required the team to work intensive hours to install equipment and storage. Due to the late start, the business missed several months of the peak tourist season, and a seasonal decline in revenue was noted as the summer tourist period ended in September.

In Fulda, a new establishment named ‘Fries & Tacos’ has launched, introducing the concept of French Tacos to the area. Operating initially from a food truck near several local schools, the business focuses on fresh ingredients and regional Halal meat. Following a positive first week of operation, the owner expressed plans to expand into a permanent storefront with increased seating and is considering additional locations.
